Lead Developer Role


During the last mayor school project in the 4th year, I took a lead developer role.

My goal this semester was to develop the leadership an organization skills that come with the lead developer role.

By writing coherent technical design documents, I kept all developers informed about the design function and requirements of new features.

I also made a conscious effort to help my team with programming problems to keep tasks from stagnating.

Additionally I playing a major role in communication between the client, art team, and development team. This helped to keep the project transparent for everyone involved.

Finally I took initiative in: making, testing and sharing builds of the game.
